If you are ill and need an urgent appointment please ring the surgery where your call will be passed to the triage nurse who will assess your call and determine the best course of action.

Courses of action could include:

• Advice and self treatment.
• An appointment to see a practice nurse.
• An appointment to see a Nurse Practitioner.
• An appointment to see a Doctor.
• A 999 ambulance if appropriate.
